How to build a good relationship with customer

     I always think I am lucky to meet every customers from abroad,we are so far away,provide best quality of fitness equipment with best price is my honor,today a customer send feedback to me about the recently reached shipment.He bought olympic Barbells,bumper plates and adjustable Benches.I should take care of cargo more carefully before delivery to port and better packages for customers' transportation.Fitness Products usually are very heavy,packages is very important,this time I use extra tape for each Barbell end cap,he is so happy.
